Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan is completely free forever — no credit card required. You only need to provide payment details when upgrading to Pro or Business.
What counts as an AI question?
Each time you send a message to the AI assistant, it counts as one AI question. Cached responses (identical questions asked before) do not count against your quota.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. You retain read access to all your compliance history. Some features (like AI questions above the free limit) will be locked until you upgrade again.
